Kinda seldom watch romantic comedies nowdays.. But Prime is really quite nice. Jus finished watching it at Plaza Singapura with Dearie.It is a nice romantic comedy starring Bryan Greenberg,Uma Thurman and Meryl Steep. Though it is reallie funnie, it touches on some real and philosophical issues which is quite interesting. Acting by the actor/actresses are great and i have to say Uma is such a babe =D

i was lucky,still managing to get 2nd for the stock trading game..went to the seminar presentation at raffles city tower today to receive my prize. After hearing some fund manager and technical analyst sharing their views, i was presented my prize =D.. After the session, even got someone want mi to join their group to set up a small fund. Quite an enjoyable session..

Woke up at 3 plus to catch the UEFA champions league final between Liverpool and AC Milan (Jus happened that dearie also wake up from her sleep on her sofa o_O) ..Liverpool was trailing AC milan at half time but they staged an exceptional comeback. It was really exciting and dramatic and like a well written script.. Liverpool scored 3 times within 6 mins to equalise 3-3 to force the match in extra time. In the end, they won the penalties shoot-out 3-2 ^^

Heh, a record no. of 116 S'pore couples tied the knot today as they believe 20-05-2005 is an auspicious date. It is supposed to signify togetherness and prosperity.
'zero' sounds like circle in teochew and five sounds like 'to have'.. hmm kewl date to get married =)

Managed to catch Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith at Lot 1 yesterday with my dearie(sleepy jedi). The visual effects are great, especially the starting battle scenes. There's also a complicated plot to go along with it.. George Lucas filled in the blanks on how Anakin the supposedly chosen one turned to the dark side and become darth varder.. Go watch i think its better than the first 2 =D

Met up with Dearie,Pat and Yihui after work and we had dinner at Mac. We were seated outside and as the clouds turn darker, winds getting stronger.. we all still refused to move.. and in the end we all got drenched.. lol X_x

After much persuasion, we finally managed to get yihui to watch Samara lolz..Samara is the american version of the Ring 2. In case that you didnt know.. The ring is this movie where victims died after one week of watching a mysterious tape..

Haiz it has been americanised and tamed to the extent that it is really not scary..there are few ghastly scares..and even the dead victims faces are not as scary as that of the zombies in dawn of the dead =X haha Samara is also quite friendly..asking rachel to watch cartoon with her -__-" The only saving grace of this movie is probably the young David Dorfman as Aiden. He is utterly convincing in his role as he's able to act out emotions really well.

The movie Hitchhiker Guide to the Galaxy is going to be out soon!
It is one of the crappiest funniest sci fi book around.. so i hope the movie will be great too =D

Slept pretty early last night but unexpectedly i woke up at around 2.40 am to catch the Champions League match between Liverpool and Juventus. Haha..maybe i wanted to watch it subconsciously.. =D However, i am glad that i turned on my tv set.. The match was fantastic, Liverpool put up a superb performance in the first half to beat Juventus 2 - 1 =D.. In the 10th min, Hypia arrvied just in time at the far post to finish off Steven Gerrad's corner. In the 25th min, Garcia fired home a spectacular volley. Haiz.. But in the 63rd min Liverpool goalkeeper butter-fingered and allowed Juventus to pull one back =(

Went to IKEA with my colleagues for lunch.. The IKEA restaurant's layout is quite nice with their nice furniture tables and chairs. Also,they have good customer service officers who will help you look for seats. Heard that the Swedish meat balls are really good..but i opted for the local dish instead.. chicken curry with steamed rice and pieces of potatoes and achar on the side. Its tasted quite good and it only cost $4.90.. =X They also have refillable coffee and soft drinks when u can just sit down for a chat and enjoy the nice settings..

After our lunch, we went to look around in IKEA.Hah, we saw Wendy Jacobs and her son.. She's married to Fandi Ahmad and one of my colleague commented that how did Fandi manage to find a model as his wife =X.. Kinda mean.. but i thought their son looked kinda weird.. kinda dark o_O .. My colleague also commented that how did Wendy Jacobs managed to stay so slim after giving birth to 3 kids. Lol these famous models have it easy, those slimming centers paid them to get slim.. they dun pay a single cent... so good right =P

Walk around and we saw some nice furniture.. Sofa beds( but they are so ex).. Nice Cupboards.. Sinks etc hah.. I feel that IKEA design is quite nice and i heard that it is supposedly to be cheaper for some of the furniture. ^^

I am really quite bored this afternoon so i decided to copy PatPat and setup a blog. Here is my first short entry. Yippe.. Havent really decided on the blogskin so i just anyhow pickone from www.blogskin.com.

Sigh, there's like nothing at work to do for the whole day.Dunno whether it is good o bad.. o_O This is so unlike the case for my poor dearie who will be having her exam tomolo..Must jiayou ok heh. I noe its hard work.. but we still have to get it over and done with..After ur exams we can go watch horror movies.. eat icecream or maybe clubbing.. Lol

Haiz.. such a sleepy afternoon, i could hardly keep my eyes open. Haha, playing those warcraft ums reallie makes my eyes tired. I was playing tanks wars and pyramid escape with Pat and his fren nigel. It was quite fun but guess i m too old to play games now T.T
